Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping was done at all

I got charged 3 times 3 different rates “Expedia will refund you for one night” after the guy at the desk proceed to charge me twice

They didn’t have coffee in your room and the coffee they offered in the lobby was very weak. They didn’t replenish the breakfast items when they ran out.

The king bed was so comfortable & the hotel was quiet. We really had a wonderful stay for price. The pillows and kimg-sized mattress were comfortable. I'd come back.

Very disappointing. We were not given a remote for the TV. The floors were extremely dirty. My husband had to fix the toilet handle, so we could flush the toilet. I had to request another bath towel, as we were only given 1 for 2 people. Breakfast was mediocre, no syrup for the waffles. The shower was the best part of the stay.
