There is no staff at the property. You are supposed to go to another hotel across a busy street to check in for anything else. The exterior stairs a metal grates which are impossible for a dog to walk. The bathroom was full of black hair. Totally unacceptable.

I am sorry your experience was not what you expected. We do have new transitions in our staff, and I feel you may have been given a room that was not completed from our new housekeeping staff. We are taking extra precautions with our new housekeeping staff.I would like to know more about your stay so we can better our guest experience.My apologies for the inconvenience.

The room was nice and clean. Check-in was across the street at a different hotel. The only negative was that the showerhead was 5' high. The dinner across the street was an example of a classic greasy spoon.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsThe particular Travelodge by Wyndham, is administered by the hotel across a busy street. They will not let you take care of business over the phone. There was no notice that the room would not be serviced daily. There was a towel left behind from the previous 'tenant'. That is why the low number on service. The agents at the front desk of the 'other' hotel were very kind and professional. I kept extending my stay and they were very accommodating. I've done that at other hotels and they will sometimes make you move to another room.

Jason,I am sorry to hear that your experience was not to as it should be.This is the first that I have heard of roaches.There are bugs that have come in from the fields that resemble roaches as our routine Exterminator has pointed out his last visit, from this past harvest.We do have our hotels Exterminator as a routine maintenance spray on a regular schedule. Again, my apologizes for your inconvenience.
