My family and I truly enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the pool table and basketball court. There was also a dartboard but we didn't allow them to play with those (age). The home was big enough for everyone to enjoy and have space. The adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The rooms and beds were perfect for us. The only thing I will point out is if you're over 6 feet the lower level bedroom will give you issues. There is a section of the ceiling that is short but if you remember to duck your head you will be ok. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We will come back for sure if in the Kansas area. *****

Lots to offer. Great home!
We had an awesome time staying here. There were a lot of activities between the hot tub, the basketball court, the pool table…. We brought a pickle ball net and paddles, and turned the basketball court into a pickle ball area as well Every one had fun. It would’ve been nice to have another skillet for cooking. It would be nice if the guestroom with the twin bed had a larger bed in it. But the floor plan was perfect for a group sharing the upstairs and location for some to be downstairs with another bathroom. The office downstairs came in handy as well, and it was in a great part of town; close to everything. Host was responsive and timely with correspondence. It was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Loved the house and said we wished it was for sale. 😀. We will return!

Wonderful!
This house is amazing! Very spacious and plenty of privacy for all who stay. Secure and quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so peaceful. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub which is very clean. I had to change my reservations twice and Kelly (the host) was over the top accommodating and quick to respond! Simple requirements when checking out. You won’t go wrong with this VRBO!

After driving 8 hours, it was a relief to walk into this home and settle in. The teenagers quickly made their way to the basketball court and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the linens were super soft. Everything was so clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the bocce ball set too! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Great communication, friendly with lots to do without needing to leave the house. Only down side is if there is more than 4 people staying, a 25 dollar fee is applied per person per night. Would recommend!!

Perfect home away from home
This property was simply fantastic. Great accessible location in Wichita near the airport. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The basketball goal and hot tub were a huge hit for my kids. Very nice kitchen appliances, great bathrooms, just all around awesome. Kelly was also incredibly easy to work with and very communicative - we accidentally locked ourselves out at one point and he had us back in within 5 minutes. Thank you!

Loved this house. We stayed in back patio watched tv, hot tub and sat in sun. Owner had amenities that most owners don’t provide. House close to ballparks and short drive to restaurants. Will stay again when we come to Wichita. Rate this one A+.

Great Stay
This property is just as it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and the owners have added some very nice improvements, and all new appliances. Our family came to Wichita to take in the baseball games between Charlotte and Wichita State, and we all gathered at this property after the Saturday game and were very comfortable. The fenced back yard was a great place to relax and unwind for the entire group. Many thanks to the Mans' for providing a great place to stay! It lives up to the title, "Perfect for large families and groups"!

Thanksgiving Gathering
The property was as listed and more. We gathered together from TX, CA, and KS. Plenty of room for all of us, infants up to 70s. A comfortable and welcoming home with a flexible, gracious host.
