The staff on reception , the restaurant manager and those who answered our queries were excellent. The spa facilities are of a very high standard. However when I booked I paid more for a superior room and it turned out to be less good than the classic room we had the previous week. The curtains and one electricity socket needed repair and the room overlooked the carpark Also the actual service in the restaurant was poor. We had to ask more than once for tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
