We have been coming to the Wildwood area for over 50 years so we have significant background knowledge for comparison.This is one of the cleanest, most well kept up hotels we have stayed at. The upkeep is noteworthy from handrails, kitchen, newly painted rooms and trex on the beach opening. Every room has its own labeled , wide parking spot.! yes! We will only stay here in the future! Such nice people too!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was great, the staff was very accommodating. The walls are thick, you don’t hear any noise. Lemmas restaurant downstairs is fantastic!

Blatantly dirty, floor I tried to clean up myself but was beyond some water and a towel. Toothpaste on the wall, sheets not clean, couch dirty. All of that could’ve been overlooked if management didn’t expect me to move myself and my 3 children for our final night in order to accommodate another guest. Very distasteful. I wouldn’t book again.

Unfortunately you requested an extra night after your 2 night stay and the only availability required you to move to another room. You were happy that we could accommodate you.

During your stay, there was no mention of cleanliness. If you had, we would have sent the maid up immediately to rectify the situation. When you checked out you stated that you were going to spend the day at the waterpark and then head home.

Overpriced and over advertised
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsEasy access to beach. Not very busy location, reserved parking spot. Cleaning staff is friendly. Front desk did not seem to care to ask how was the experience.
Wrong advertisement- not ocean view unless you come out of room and stand in lobby.
Poor maintenance overall.Electric Sockets loose and Hazardous. Hairdryer plug broken, open and rusted, both fire and shock hazard.
No table in front of sofa - very inconvenient.
Overall, extremely overpriced. Probably will look for other location.

We don't normally respond to anyone who posts anonymously, however, we have a maintenance person on duty from 8am til 9pm who responds within 15 minutes if you would have notified the front desk of any issues.

The management and staff were very friendly!
The rooms were nice very updated and clean!
Perfect view and access to the beach.
