Going to the Jersey Shore can be tricky as far as hotels go , I'm glad that we were satisfied with our stay at The Granada. It should be considered a motel and not a resort. The room was very clean but not ocean view as booking advertised, we were on the 1st floor and the view from the front is the parking lot and the back window is extremely small with a view of a back alley. Price wise was expensive but so were all the other motels in the area. Good points is that they have tables and chairs in front of the room where we were able to sit, eat, have a drink and play games (they had lots of games available for the guests) . They have two BBQ grills that can be used at any time. Pool area was small but very clean at all times and there were some times where we had the pool to ourselves. I wanted to be on the beach and this is what made the trip great, steps from a nice and clean beach.
Some tips: the towels provided are very small so you should bring your own, 1st floor rooms are not ocean view but our room was very clean. The kitchen was small but had plates, utensils some pots and the refrigerator was a good size. Wifi also worked really well for us, Check-in was fast and our room was ready when we arrived.
