Pour : How clean it was, day after day. The service, the staff, the great location 20 seconds from the beach. The size, not too big, not too many clients.
Contre : The beds could be a little bigger, but in the big picture it wasn't a real problem.
Every good thing your read about the Pyramid Resort is true. When we got into our room, we had the impression we were the first ones to ever use it. It was super clean, way over our expectations. The resort has obviously been renovated recently, but the management is also making sure that everything stay clean and sharp.The motel is not too big, and that certainly helps them to keep track and control on everything. I saw someone thoroughly cleaning the surroundings of the pool and every single beach chair around it every morning, testing the quality of the water as well. Our room got clean every day, the bathroom was always impeccable, clean towels for everybody were provide every single day also. The little kitchen was clean, the pots and pans look brand new, the coffee machine is very convenient. A lot families were there, the ambiance was relaxing fun and quiet after dark. There's a shower with hot water behind the building to get rid of the sand before you go into your room after, a second faucet by the pool if you just need to clean your feet. The ice machine works, the wifi works, the flat screen tv works. I don't know how they handle problems, because they were no problems to handle. The room could be a little bigger, but to be honest, I didn't drive 10 hours from Canada to sit in a motel room. The staff was very friendly, the maid very efficient, the room flawless, the location perfect, the whole experience wonderful. Good job Michele and Tom!

Lovely retro hotel in Wildwood
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsStayed for a short visit, but enjoyed the lovely pool and comfortable room. It’s a family-run place, and they were very friendly. They gave us restaurant recommendations and we had a great dinner at Bandana’s (Mexican food). Our little getaway was relaxing and fun, thanks to Hotel Pyramid.

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsOur room was very clean and a decent size. The kids loved the pool and the slide. Easy walking distance to the beach. Lots of space outside to eat and relax. Decent size fridge and microwave in the room. Only complaint is the beds weren’t very comfortable but that’s pretty common w most hotels.
