All Yr 3 bdr Townhouse with POOL - 1.5 Blocks to Beach/ Convention Ctr

Welcome to our South Wildwood Townhouse with pool (two full floors and separate entrance) located only 1.5 blocks from beach and boardwalk and just a couple of blocks from the “Crest."

7 days minimum stay (Saturday through Saturday) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Other times 2 days minimum stay. Maximum nr. of people to accommodate: 8

2 tandem parking spaces are included. In addition to the pool area where you can sit and socialize during the pool hours, there is a common space grass area where you can sit and relax. Sorry, no pets.

We only rent to Families or Mature Adult Groups (no parties please) over 25 years old. This is a family-oriented condominium complex.

We do not provide linens or towels.

The outdoor pool is open during the summer season only. The townhouse consists of three floors. From the separate entrance on the first floor, you take a flight of stairs to get to the living area (second floor) containing the living room, continuing with a second sitting/ conversation area, dining room, half bath, and fully equipped kitchen.

The three bedrooms are on the third floor. All new mattresses ( 2022 and 2023) Two brand new HVAC unit for each floor (2022 and 2023). The flooring recently has been changed (Fall 2022) to luxury vinyl planks in all the bedrooms and the hallway. Also on this floor you will find the full bath, laundry center and ample closet storage space. All bedrooms have smart tv's and darkening blinds.

Bedroom Two: Two single size bed (2 people)
Bedroom Three: Two single size bed (Trundle bed) (2 people)
Living Room: Queen Size sofa bed (2 people)

Morey's amusement piers and water parks are also close by. Park your car and leave the keys, you are near everything you need like pizza shops, Mexican restaurants, Pancake house, Pacific Grill, mini golf, ice cream, convenient store, liquor store, boutique stores and more, all within a 2 block radius. We are close to the beach but far enough away from the noise and congestion of the heart of Wildwood.

Our street has many families that have returned for more than 20 years. This gives a warm neighborhood feel. We think you will have a great vacation here.

Nice clean place, walking distance to literally every place we wanted to go. Everything was as described. Only inconvenience was sewage backed up the day before we left so no one in the complex could shower or use water. Other than that it was great!

Wonderful Stay in Wildwood NJ
We stayed at this wonderful townhouse for two days in July. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, (try Venezia, Italian Restaurant) shops, and walking distance to the boardwalk. The townhouse itself was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The townhouse also had a swimming pool and parking was a great bonus. The host, Teuta, was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided us with details of the area and were always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our visit special. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Wildwood NJ. Thank you, Tueta, for a memorable stay!

Our stay in Wildwood was excellent because our homebase was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Teuta, the owner, was helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come and stay here again. The pool was also a bonus for us and it was clean also!

The unit is as clean, beds were all comfortable and the communication with the host was easy. We only had one issue with a TV not working but she replaced after our visit. Not too big of an issue bc we were busy on the boardwalk.

The place was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 children). We were able to walk to the boardwalk(I would probably drive up the next tine because the walk to the beach was another 500 yards. It was awesome though! Neighborhood was quiet, we did encounter a neighbor that had a screaming baby, walls very thin. The pool was great. Parking was good.

This was our first time in a long time staying at a VRBO and the owner made it extremely easy. He was responsive and immediately assisted in any way he could. The location was 2 blocks from the boardwalk and easy access to all restaurants in the area. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back for sure!

This was our first time visiting the area. I wanted a place close to the beach, parking for both vehicles and preferably a pool. This place has it all. It’s spacious nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative was that the house was really warm despite the air conditioning and fans. We will definitely be returning.

Grown up Family Fun
The property was comfortably furnished and clean and had all we needed. The pool was a bonus. The best was being able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and all the wonderful restaurants. The MudHen Brewery and the Dog's Tooth were 2 of our favorites. Cape May wineries a short drive and more great places to eat. The AC equipment in the closet of the 3rd bedroom was quite noisey, so our son ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom with his sister, but I don't think it would bother a child at all.

The town house was very clean and nicely decorated. My boys and I enjoyed the pool. There was an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was diligent to get it taken care of. The bathrooms were a little small and the chairs at the table were uncomfortable. The chairs for the beach were convenient and light to carry. Everything was close by. It was also nice to have parking for 2 cars. The water pressure was good and stayed warm for all of us to shower. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip.

The property location was prefect for us! No crazy check in or out processes made it simple. Kitchen was adequate but missing measure cup and spoons. Keurig would have been better for my family. Queen matress was terrible!!! I would stay again but only if they upgraded from the RV type mattress.

House was surface clean where you can see. Would recommend deep clean air vents included. Damage to house was not disclosed prior to us going hand rail ripped out of the wall to upstairs and ceiling blades removed from fan in bedroom. Air conditioning unit for whole upstairs located in bedroom very loud and difficult to sleep also not disclosed. Not our type of place to stay. To top it off power to whole island went out at 10:00 AM Friday so we left early. Owner had no control over this happening heard power returned this morning.

This rental is located at an ideal spot close to the boardwalk, 1/2 a block from a dinner and an ice cream shop and within walking distance from several resturants. With a little effort, you walk to the Wildwood entertainment piers and mini golf. Street was surprisingly quiet and the pool handy for afternoon dips. Could use an upgrade on the pots and pans and I think the mini grill was missing an attachment. Nicely beachy feel to the decorations. HVAc system was a little noisy but with the fans truned on it moved the cool air around (though one bedroom fan lacked blades). Overall it met ours needs for the week.
