To access golf and recreation centers you will have to register directly with The Villages to get a resident id ($50 p/p fee). Also some rec center activities require small fees beyond the guest registration. Brownwood/Paddock Square nightly entertainment is free of charge as it is at each of The Villages town squares, but dining, shopping and theatre arts and other activities are publicly available and charge for their services and tickets.

Relaxing on the amazing back patio around the fire circle is included. There is some beer, wine and Pellegrino in the fridge. Enjoy
