Great place to stay
Publié le 21 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayJust completed a weekend at this home. Home was exactly as advertised. Close to beach and park. Cooper Dog is right next door if you want a bite or a cocktail. Brian the owner was very responsive and actual very proactive and made sure we made it okay and to see if we had any issues. Would highly recommend. Will def be back!!!

Great location - Good and friendly host

Here is what we liked... We loved the proximity of the beach, the fact that we could walk to lots of great places (we loved the dog friendly restaurant next door The Copper Dog) and the Bagel restaurant in the morning. The big park across the street is great and clean (perfect if you bring your dog) with lots of tennis and bball courts and large playground! The host was very friendly and available.
The place is clean but old so you need to be ok with that. There is no bath towels and that was a surprise to us - but our host offered the lend us some when we inquired about it. The outdoor patio tables are next to the parking space so not super inviting to have meals there.
Overall a positive experience!!

Good for families with kids
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayNot the cleanest or the fanciest, but spacious and close to the beach. Has everything you need and a the porch area is super helpful. The only major issues is the bathroom set up, it's extremely tight and a weird space, so if you're a bigger person or even just a normal sized person with mobility issues this isn't for you.

Publié le 31 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayBathroom very small. A larger person could not use it. Old home so when people upstairs are not thoughtful there was no sleeping as it sounded like they were coming through into our rooms.

Ruth, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-Yes, we understand that the bathroom could be tight for some people. Unfortunately, this is an older home with little room for reconfiguration.
-As for your discomfort with the guests upstairs, we are sorry that they were not considerate and did not respect our requested quiet hours, which run from 11 p.m to 7 a.m. We try our best to provide a sound environment for guests, but sometimes factors such as the neighboring guests' behavior are out of our control. We encourage all future guests to express their concerns on this matter, during their stay
Hopefully, you and your family still enjoyed your stay and created some great memories. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Perfect for our stay

Brian, the property manager/owner was excellent from the communication before we arrived to his attention during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Wildwood!

Amazing stay!
Publié le 16 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty is as listed and very close to boardwalk. A lot of minor inconveniences happened throughout the trip. No propane in grill, trash bags did not fit garbage can (we had to use our own), soap in bathroom ran out , 1 of the 4 kitchen chairs legs are broken, no towels so we kinda just walked in and muddied the entire floor. We couldnt wash outside cause the outdoor shower was nonfunctional
