My only suggestion/request would be to have coffee available in the lobby. I was able to get a tiny bit from that container left from breakfast but really would have enjoyed a cup upon check in. Staff was friendly and room was nice.

The original room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 4:44 pm, and the other room was not clean, my friend called me to get the live bugs that were in the shower/tub, and there were lots of dark brown hairs in the bathroom, plus dirt around the toilet and tub and floor in the bathroom, and the floor didn’t feel clean when I briefly walked on it. I hope and pray that the sheets were fresh. I often leave a tip, but I couldn’t do it that stay.

Upon entering the room, there was no amenities at all, no hand soap,shampoo, wash cloths, bathmat, only 2 hand towels. The room was moist, everything felt wet including the floor. I asked the desk person for towels etc, I was given 2 soaps, 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. She said there was no shampoo. She was very pleasant but the only one working at the hotel.When I went back to the room, the key didn't work, I went back again and there was no one at the desk, I had to wait a long time till she returned to redo my key. The 2nd day I was gone all day and when we came back to our room it had not been serviced, no clean towels or anything. I had to go get towels etc but there was again no one at the desk. After about 30 min a guy came and gave me towels, and again the key didn't work, I was told there isn't daily room maid service, Yikes! I won't be going back again. I felt the staff tried their best and were very polite but there should be another person working to cover them when they leave the front desk.
