Review of Elements Hotel and Shops Pros: From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful young ladies at the front desk made check-in smooth and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Clean, modern, and offers a fabulous rooftop bar and lounge with pool with stunning city views, delicious food, and amazing drinks. I had the best mojito I’ve ever tasted here, and they nailed my order without sugar—a rare feat! The bar staff were equally friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The rooms are equipped with thoughtful touches you don’t find everywhere, like a doorbell for privacy and convenient wall switches (red and green) to signal housekeeping preferences, replacing the traditional door tags that often fall off. The walk-in glass shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, and the room included a small fridge stocked with complimentary water, which was much appreciated in the hot, muggy weather. The AC worked beautifully, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The balcony was well-furnished with a small table, two lounge chairs, and a cozy round bed-style settee. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Cons: There’s no satellite TV or local channels; the TV only allows for Netflix, accessible to all guests without a login. Additionally, there’s no phone in the room, so you’ll need to go downstairs or call the front desk using WhatsApp if needed. While unusual, this setup

The beds were unbelievably soft so my back did hurt the next morning. The sliding door to the toilet was very difficult to roll back and forth. The light in the mirror didn’t work so shaving was a bit difficult.

Great location in Punda Willemstad ; superb view of the ocean from the roof top terrace, pool and restaurant. Superb Egyptian bed linen. Spacious room and well furnished . Great food at Sweet Sin Resto, part of the Hotel. One thing I missed this year staying at Elements was Umbrellas on the terrace , some shady areas to relax . But overall, my best choice in Punda Willemstad. Thank you all Francine B

Olá, gostamos muito de se hospedar neste hotel. O café da manhã é ótimo e todo atendimento de toda equipe também. Eu passei mal e foram muito atenciosos chamando um médico inclusive para me atender no quarto. A única coisa que eu deixaria para melhorias é a limpeza do quarto. Não lavaram o banheiro enquanto estivemos lá e nem fizeram reposição de sabonete e toalhas. Mas de resto foi tudo perfeito! Muito grata por todo cuidado e atenção! A localização é ótima bem no centro e ficamos num quarto estremamento confortável e espaçoso.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The room was very cozy and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is close to a lot of shopping and bars which offer Happy Hour specials. My only disappointment with the breakfast was the fact that it was the same meal everyday. On a Thursday the rooftop is a hotspot with a short fireworks show so that’s an added bonus. Will recommend overall.

Staff was amazing very nice very helpful but rooms needed cleaning. Several visible stains on the chairs, several dirty scuffs on the walls and too much rust along the bottom lining of the glass shower. Also elevator is extremely slow it’s faster to use the stairs

Location of property is Awesome! In the heart of Wilemstead Dining, happy hour bars and Shopping near by. The roof top restaurant and bar is beautiful and so much fun. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Anything that we needed additional was brought promptly up to our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We spent the first two evenings in a partial ocean view suite. Our last 2 evenings were in an ocean view suite with balcony. We had an awesome stay at the elements hotel.
