Pros: fun environment, most staff were friendly, food decent
Cons: hotel fixtures are rusted, old, outdated, chipped paint, broken toliet, power outage, rats at night, some staff treat whites better than blacks...Stephanie does

Got "upgraded" from ocean front to ocean view above a noisy alley. Hotel advertised as "kid free" and there are kids everywhere. Dining optuons were closed multiple nights. Cor & Don BBQ was awful. Cold meats reheated. 1 of the 4 people working were actually working. Other 3 were eating and drinking while we have empty cups and plates. If you want a nice relaxing vacation.....this isnt it

Unfriendly staff,not enough food ,not enough glasses nobody to serve you

The staff was very friendly, unless you were showing up to eat…be prepared for attitude if you are 2-3 minutes early. They were late checking us in. It wasn’t until we asked for a manager that we got a room. Food…meh. After dinner activities, almost non existent. Our room was exactly as advertised in the pictures. But it stunk like mildew. I would visit curaçao again but would pick a different resort.

It nothing to call home about
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsI stay paid for the penthouse and the pool in the room was dirty there were died bugs in the penthouse pool. There wasn’t a filter or jets for the mini pool so bug were died init, there is no room service, the food was mediocre, the karaoke night was good, I booked an excursion and the lady who booked the excursion texted on what app me to say it was cancelled. I never received the text I woke up early and nothing. It was so disappointing.
