Great outdoor space
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was good for large family. Kitchen was well stocked and water was hot. Some beds were comfortable. The house was in a private neighborhood. Area above the front door needs a good cleaning. Hosts were responsive to our message when we had an issue. Whole house could use a decor update.

Family Wedding
Publié le 25 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect for our large group. We had plenty of room for getting ready and for hanging out the day after. It was just minutes from Geneva National and the other locations we needed.

50th class reunion gathering from Iowa City, Iowa
Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved it! The space was ideal. Loved to cook together, sit with extra friends at the dining room table. The deck was lovely with the beautiful flowers. We liked that it was a distance from Lake Geneva, very quiet.
Want to come back in a year or so.

Great location with major flaw

The home is very spacious and the quantity and layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our multi-family stay. The home was also very clean with one major flaw other reviews have already pointed out.
The water stinks! If the bathrooms are used or dishes are rinsed, the house smells like sewage. The water problem is also apparent in the dishwasher which is coated in rust colored buildup which makes the dishes not seem too clean. I would absolutely not bathe here.
Besides the smell, the house was very comfortable with plenty of seating and everyone was pleased with their beds. The kitchen could be better stocked, but had enough of the basics to get by.

Christmas stay
Publié le 26 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe furniture need to be updated. All of the faucets had calcium build up (need CLR). Shower floor rugs were filty. Update comforters and linens. Pool table covers were horrible. Pictures of the house did not match our stay. Christmas tree was very inviting. Also was not able to dispose
garbage into the containers because they was already full.

Could be an amazing property

One of the showers was broken, hot tub broken, garbage overflowing. The size of the house was perfect just so many disappointing items but the price was reasonable for a family watching dollars
