Oak Street is a perfect place to getaway for a family or a few groups of friends. It is a spacious, quiet, mountain home, 2300+ square foot with 3 beds, 2 baths and a large family room, game area, kitchen and dining area. There is a ping pong table and Pac-Man game in the family room with a large smart TV. Fire pit and grill outside. A block away there are trails to hike and access to the forest. Across the street is a tennis/pickleball court and it is an easy 5 minutes from the center of town, 5 minutes from The Grand Canyon Railway, and 4 minutes from Safeway.

We were very pleased with the size of the home and bedrooms. The game room was a blast. The kitchen large but lacked basic cooking ingredients. Bathrooms were large, but shower temperature was difficult to regulate. We were disappointed there was not a net on the court. Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.

My granddaughter wanted to go to Arizona for her ninth birthday and have a sleepover with friends and family. We chose this property because if it’s location and amenities. It turned out to be the perfect place for our family to enjoy our time together. The kids had an absolute blast! We will definitely be looking at this property again for future family get together

Grand Canyon trip
Other than having to air out the house for several hours after we got there because of the cleaning product , Reeked of Lysol ,that I was allergic to , It’s a great house for families. In our downtime had games to play ping-pong table, etc. Especially was nice was the comfortable robes and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Would come again

House of FUN!
Great location. Super comfortable beds. Amazing primary bathroom. Very clean. The ping pong table and arcade games were a hit. A grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. A one hour drive to the South Rim. We wish we had more time to explore the town.

Amazing Home!
We loved our visit to Williams and staying at this home was one of the highlights. We went to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster and many other adventures and my kids and the adults are talking more about the Pinball machine and game room than anything else. LOL! We had a great time and will look up staying here again in the future!

Awesome place for families
Our stay was excellent Tami was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great for our day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This house is great for all ages and perfect for pets with the fenced yard. We had our elderly parents with us and the master suite with large bathroom and walk in shower was so easy for them. Thank you for the perfect place for our family vacation. This was a once in a lifetime for us and the property was a great place. We even got my 90 yr old dad to play pinball.

We had lots of fun!
The ping pong table and arcade games were a hit with us! The adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed them. The master bathroom is gorgeous! The master bed was very comfortable, I can’t speak for the other beds as I didn’t ask. The house smelled super strongly of cleaner (pine sol I think) when we arrived, that we had to air out the house as it was giving us a headache. Some areas were dusty and maybe I’m being particular as I’m an owner of a cleaning company. Also I felt like the kitchen was sparse when it came to utensils etc, no Tupperware or foil. Overall it was a great stay and Williams is such a cute town.

What a great home! Big & roomy! On a quiet street! Lots of fun playing ping pong, Pac-Man, Pinball!! Very very clean! Awesome updated master bath! Very comfortable memory foam mattresses (I had no idea I would like those!) Only thing I would add are window screens & screen on security door to be able to open up & enjoy the smell of all the surrounding pine trees! Perfect location!!

Highly recommend
So relaxing, the owner went above and beyond to make it a great place for a vacation stay ! Lots of nice outdoor seating options, the table tennis, pinball machine and video game machine so much fun for all of us. We range in age from 15 to 70, three generations! Only 5 of us but plenty of room for up to 10 persons! Very clean as well, and spacious! Quiet neighborhood yet close to the quaint town of Williams, AZ, more to do there than I thought and within 50 minutes to Grand Canyon. I am giving it a 4* rating because we did have a few issues that I hope were oversight. There were not ANY washcloths for showers, the gas grill has not been cleaned in ages and nothing to clean it provided, so it dripped on their concrete. All other VRBO homes we have stayed have a few kitchen supplies to cook with, but there was not any spray or cooking oil and only ONE kitchen towel for all 4 days and nights we were there, so we had a few extra trips to the grocery store for extra stuff not provided. It would be a 5 STAR PLUS except for these minor things. The TV can only be used if you have streaming subscription, which we don’t, So my hubby could not watch the news, no big deal to rest of us, just him. The house and yard are perfect, and I do highly recommend if looking to vacation in this area!!
