NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! Grand Canyon Stay
We have enjoyed our stay here! The home was so welcoming. It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and countless cornhole games in the big backyard. The location is super close to town and the neighborhood is quiet. Our hosts quickly answered all our questions.

Williams ended up being the perfect spot to stay to do activities in both GC and Sedona area from one place. This home fit our family, was clean and comfy, and convenient to restaurants in Williams. Loved the hot tub! Check out process was reasonable. We are used to having coffee and a few things provided for snacks or breakfast to grab ... but this was explained in the notebook upon arrival. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great rental close to town
Very cute and comfortable, well equipped rental. The backyard was perfect to hang out in and for our pups to enjoy as well. Good neighborhood, neighbors were friendly and the property owner was easy to get a hold of. Not sure we would walk to town from there, but it is certainly a quick jaunt in a vehicle.

Prefect property and location for Grand Canyon
The Williams house was just what we needed for the two of us as a home base for our adventures to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Las Vegas. It was very clean and comfortable, had sufficient amenities/appliances, and the neighborhood was quiet. We liked that it was very close to the Safeway grocery store. We used the hot tub most nights as it was very soothing after a day of touring and hiking. Also, enjoyed the fireplace - very warming on those cool evenings. Shelbi was extremely cordial and easy to communicate with. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but she came as soon as she could (which as after dark) to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

So cute!
We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay! The home was so cute and had everything we needed. The location was very close to restaurants, gas, and groceries. The trip to and from The Grand Canyon was an easy drive. We were under a winter storm warning on our last night and the owners gave great advise on which route to take to avoid heavier snowfall.
