Notre chambre sentais l’humidité les draps et oreiller n’étaient pas propre. C’était très limite sur la propreté

Our bedding hadn’t been changed out from the previous guest. We pulled the covers back and found hair and dirt. The floors need to be vacuumed as well. When my husband went to talk to the clerk about the issue, another man was complaining about the same issue. The clerk told him there was nothing her could do because the cleaners had all gone home. We slept on top of the covers with a blanket.

Front desk was friendly but the place is dirty and dingy. The bathroom was disgusting and the first floor was so bad smelling ( like mold) I got sick and had to request another room on another floor. Three lobby is immaculate. The rest of the place is a dump. Never again.

The mirrors were filthy, black mold in shower. The shower drained extremely slowly. A wooden block held up our a/c unit. The room was out dated.

I checked in late and went straight to bed so I didn’t get a chance to inspect the room. I had a better view of the room in the morning and noticed: a dead cockroach, a living cricket, a piece of sharp plastic and the carpet was not clean. I would have requested to change rooms if I had noticed that this room was NOT ready when I checked in.

Beds and mattresses had lots of stains. Could hear other guests on both sides of us. Paint chipping in areas and dryer wouldnt dry. Heat element was bad. They did have a decent breakfast snd convenient location for a decent price.

Mediocre at best

There was old food left in the refrigerator, the bathroom sink didn’t drain and a plastic bag placed over the smoke detector so it wouldn’t work if there was a fire. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The only positives were a nice pool and pleasant staff.

Every room had an order, damp, musty, cockroaches, pool dirty side entrances to hotel broken locks thank God you had a good staff. Had to leave a day early couldn’t take anymore. Would never go there again or recommend it.

The property smelled of mildew the rugs were on kept very dirty. The reservation clerk wasn't up to welcoming standards the pool was unsightly the room windows were very dirty look like hadn't been touched and I and many many months
