Would definitely stay again.
Rented 3 rooms to accommodate an overnight family trip to Busch Gardens. Later check in went smoothly. Front desk representative was efficient, professional and very friendly. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The wifi never worked for both my iphone and my husband's iphone. The code given is not correct. The front desk gave us a 1-800 number, which did not solve any problem after I talked with them over the phone for more than 20 minutes. The 1-800 number person want to transfer me to a third party to manually connect our iphone and I just lost patience and confidence that they can solve it. I then called the front desk and they didn't care at all. This is the very first time I stayed in a hotel that don't have a working wifi and have a bad attitude about it. NOT recommending this place if you need wifi. Also, the swimming pool is outdoor and is completely useless in the winter. Wish I know this earlier and would have avoided this place.

When we showed up to the hotel we were told that the pool was closed and that they didn’t have an indoor pool. Which is the only reason why we booked with them. They refused to give us any kind of refund even though we didn’t stay at the hotel. We were met with very rude and miserable staff. The concierge was out side smoking right by the entrance when we pulled in. Hotel looked dirty which gave us another reason why we didn’t want to stay there. They didn’t even try to accommodate us. We are expecting a full refund! There’s plenty of nicer hotels right next door and across the street. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

This place was such a hidden gem. I've been in and out of Williamsburg since the 90s, and I wish I'd found this place sooner. The price was such a steal, and the quality was outstanding. 5 stars.

We had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great with plenty of food and seating.
