The hotel was very very clean. Normally we would have to clean the jacuzzi tub, but it was very clean compared to other hotel with jacuzzi room that we have stayed in. Room was spotless. Will be staying there again soon. Probably become our new getaway weekend destination from now on

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were asked if we would prefer a 1st or 2nd floor room. He gave us a room close to the elevator. It made it a lot easier to bring suitcases from the car.

My fiance and I stayed here before heading to Busch Gardens. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, but they accommodated us by allowing us to stay an extra couple hours at no charge after we found out the park opened at 2pm instead of 10am like we thought. We were also given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite! The bathroom was spotless, the floors/beds/amenities were clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t hear anything from our neighbors. We thought we may even be in the hotel alone it was so quiet! Imagine our surprise when the dining area was well populated at breakfast.
The only downside was the internet wasn’t working well with one TV, but we also don’t really watch much and we were going to bed anyway. The tv in the main room worked fine. We will definitely be coming back to stay the next time we head to Williamsburg!
