The owner was present when I arrived and took my credit card. She never gave me a receipt. I was exhausted from the long drive and construction. I noticed later that night that the place was filthy. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there was dirty carpet, mold on the shower curtains, dead bugs in the corners, and in the window opening, noisy. The next day, I worked at an art event and taught a class. Upon returning to the room, it was not cleaned up, trash still present, and no one emptied trash, nor made the bed. the frig was dripping near the freezer part a whole lot of water. Later that night, around 11 pm, the toilet began making loud bubbling noises and the water went up and down, and the drain in the shower emitted an odor. The woman who owned the place informed me on Friday upon arrival, that she was not around much. Dirty laundry, sheets, and bedding were piled up in a couple of bins outside. The place is atrocious. I went into the office Saturday after working all day, to try to talk to the owner. The young lady at the desk indicated the owner was not there and she did not know when she would return. I asked for a printed receipt and she gave one to me. $177.00 a night for this disaster. I indicated I wanted to talk to the owner and the young lady stated she would let her know and have her call me. The owner never called me. I want a full refund. There were no other rooms available in the area or I would have left. This will be dispute

We arrived it was a nice loacation surrounded by farms. The younger at the deak was extremely pleasant. I wanted to split payment and charged my card anyways and didnt know how to split payment or correct the mistake. The room was nice. The room was okay certain times the rooms smelled like a damp towel, half roll of toilet paper was left with no extra. Luckly we had our own. There was a number to call but just seemed inconvenient. Spiders are a thing in that room. I also had to kill an earwig. The floor in the bathroom looked moldy or wet from water damage. The AC/heater was extremely loud. The tv is next to the ac so at times you couldnt hear the tv because of the ac unit. I went to warm up some left over pizza and in the microwave was 2 moldy breakfast sandwiches left from previous guest. 8 or 9am went to drop the key and no one was available the office was closed. For 134.00 plus tax i say it wasnt worth it.

The office was closed when I checked out so I used the drop box. What I wanted to tell them is that I was not supplied with any towels! It was not a big deal, but I don't be charged extra for missing towels.

Love, Love this place second time there. Atmosphere of the place lovely,walk to the beach was easy and nice to get to. It’s away from the town and the craziness.
