As you walk in it was SOO cold instantly frozen the front desk was unattended called the number they put on the paper. they sent some guy out that was ONLY worried about WiFi doors was chained up 12 minutes of standing n waiting still didn't receive help or any info about the room I prepaid for

What a dump I should have read the reviews. Lobby was cold no heat no one was at the desk. I had to find someone to check our reservation. I pre registered so they had my credit card on file. Was close to Bush Gardens and they had a special New Years celebration at the park. Everything told me to get out but I knew I would lose my 62.00. Will really look at reviews from now on. The sheets were clean but hotel was dirty and we fould a water bottle under the bed. Awful

This place was A nightmare! The building is not heated. It was freezing cold. They don't service the rooms. When you call to ask for towels, they give you an attitude about it. Day one, the water came out BLACK before it cleared up. Day two, I tried to shower, and they had just cut the water OFF! That was the last straw. We left, got a room in a different hotel and demanded a refund. They IGNORED the demand or a refund. So, basically, they just stole our money. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is RIDICULOUS!

WILL NEVER STAY THERE. THEY HAD POOP ON THE BED AND THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
