I am in a wheelchair so we reserved a handicap room. Everything was very accessible except the shower. The wand was secured so high I could not reach it. When my husband got it down for me, it wasn't long enough to reach behind my back.

Front desk staff very apathetic and distant toward guests . Eric and the woman ", the Supervisor ", could care less !One front desk person .."Z" , was the name she gave me when I asked , was Exceptional !! Tried to accommodate my request for rooms near each other on same floor. Very calm ,polite and understanding. The " Supervisor " earlier, did not handle my request for at least 1 of 5 for an early check in .[..2:30pm.]..well ..... rude and very bad attitude !! "Z" would serve you better as a manager or Supervisor . Booking 5th room later after 4 were booked also was a problem. Had the " Supervisor "on the phone and she said "no problem" then pulled up me res. and suddenly said " my computer went down , call this 800# and book with them . They pulled my info , put me on hold and then said "book thru the hotel ?? the transferred me to Eric . Very rude , as if I was bothering him , rushed me thru and abruptly hung up on me. We're Hilton Honors members and stay at a lot of the Hampton Inns . This was the first very bad experience with the hotel conditions and very rude and impolite staff.
