Quiet and Pleasant
Publié le 27 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again. The host was nice and prompt with answers to our questions. A nice restaurant within the community too

Wonderful experience

Our host was so very friendly and welcoming and she was always very quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions or concerns. We love our stay and will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Williamsburg/Busch Gardens area.

Great Experience
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur first VRBO and it couldn't have been easier. Gayle was very nice and answered our messages within minutes. The place was clean and in a private, gated community. If we ever go back to Williamsburg we would stay there.

Visiting Williamsburg
Publié le 9 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family of four had a wonderful time staying in Gayle’s room at Kingsmill Resort. From the gated resort, it was a quick drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens. It was the perfect location to enjoy a peaceful evening sitting at the picnic tables on the marina, which is a short walk from the room. Gayle’s room was very clean and quiet. We appreciated that the room is dog friendly. Our dog enjoyed the marina and walking the trails around the resort as much as we did. Gayle quickly answered any of our questions and made our stay a relaxing and wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are visiting Williamsburg.

Convenient location

Dear perspective guest, both matresses are new high quality queen pillow tops bought 2023.....we didn't know a drain had slowed during her stay, she never contacted us, otherwise we would have gladly gone there quickly to clear it... we leave our ringer on 24/7 to be able to help guests at any time in case anything comes up during the stay
