Hotels.com far from a good partner on my stay.
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsI was very frustrated and disappointed with my hotels.com experience. I had to travel for business and booked my room over a month in advance. Unfortunately due to illness I could not check in on Monday of my Monday through Thursday stay. I was planning to arrive on Tuesday. So on Saturday morning I called Hotels.com to let them know. They said they would reach out to the hotel and ask them to credit the one night. I was told they were unable to reach the property. They asked higher management to try to reach the hotel. I arrived on Tuesday to check in and my hotel stay had been cancelled. I was not credited for my reservation. I had to pay for a separate reservation for my stay. The hotel said they have someone on duty 24 hours a day and they had not received any reach out on my behalf. The hotel manager has been amazing where the hotels.com organization has been very disappointing!

Did not like bathroom facilities. Sink was outside the bathroom.

Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOnly giving it 3 stars because the breakfast is pretty good for a continental breakfast layout. Room was gross smelling when checked in, had to request a new room.. Bathroom was old and smelled musty.. Wouldnt stay there again, especially for the price they charge.
