Unfriendly, charged double for my dog without warning

Run down motel, watch out for overcharging

I declared my two dogs when I checked in. The fee is supposed to be $10 per dog. The clerk charged me $45 for my dogs and then wrote down 3 pets on the invoice. I said I only had two dogs and asked if he was charging me incorrectly for three pets. He said no, the correct charge was $45. It was late and I was too tired to argue. I believe he ripped me off. Sure, it's only $10 or so, but I'll never stay here again.

The whole hotel was hot and smelly, the lobby floor was dirty, the plumbing in the room didn’t work, both the sink or the tub. They changed my room to one with working plumbing, but then had problems with the door lock. Overall a nightmare.
