This property needs a major uplift. Very run down and had seen better days.
Lobby and restaurant bar are in fair shape. Some rooms are stripped to bare, maybe waiting for funds to update. Pool forget about it as the workout room. The room I stayed in clean sheets and towels but run down. I would pay $25 a night for this place. Breakfast was fine but the breakfast area was run down ceiling tiles falling and walls with noticeable water damage. It’s hard for these hotels, they need capital to upgrade. I would say support the small guy struggling but Clarion is not a small guy, They need good management, sales staff, maintenance staff, etc..
