Hotel parking is inadequate, not enough spaces, had to park in the casino parking lot every time which makes for a longer walk to the hotel and is inconvenient when dragging luggage.

Just so you know for the next time we do have another parking lot that is closer than the casinos and the shuttles will bring you and your luggage right up to the front doors of the hotel. Faulty equipment in the room that would make constant noise, annoying mini fridge light that would not turn off. Super thin walls, over priced food with mediocre quality

Anthony, Where sorry that your stay with us fell short of expectations. Just so you know for your next vist there is a switch in the fridge that will turn the light off but keep the fridge running. It was close to a work site so I thought why not? Turned out to be a good decision. Would definitely recommend.

The beds are very uncomfortable for 450 a night

Hello Carrie. Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry to hear your bed was not comfortable. We have remodeled all our rooms and all the mattresses are relatively new. Let us know if the discomfort was the mattress or something else. We love our new rooms but we want to make them the best they can be. Please contact the Hotel so we can learn from this issue and make things better for the next stay.

It was very clean, the clerk Melissa was very helpful giving us directions and places to visit! for sure we'll be back!
