Great place and great price
The size and supplies in the apartment are great. I understand that it takes a lot to clean the whole place, but with a 10 am checkout, I expected the bathroom and kitchen countertops to wiped down better. I found some things that needed to have a little more elbow grease. The outdoor pool lip also needed to be cleaned of build-up. Other than those minute details the place was clean and inviting.

Good place to stay and visit colonial Williamsburg
Overall good stay. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was adequate. My only complaint on the king size bed. The fitted sheet was too tight and bunched up at the bottom. It made the bed a little uncomfortable.

Short weekend stay. Went to Water Country USA and it was a quick trip - 15 minutes. Very nice property.

Room was fine, staff was fine ( you were more of a number than a person), its dated. Couldnt enjoy the pool music too loud, the pantry is basically a coffee pot with Styrofoam cups, folgers coffee, and tea bags.Property was disheveled and unkept. The lounge area was basic couches with two televisions. They advertise scheduled fun, but its pretty much for kid coloring, and puzzels. Do not fall for the free busch garden and meal vouchers its timeshare and you will be there for several hours, representative trying to coherence you to spend money and if you decline management is highly disrespectful and rude. It didn't feel like you were away on a vacation at all, everything closes early!

My wife lost her wedding ring in clean out, and found out couples hours later, wen I called and explained the situation I didn’t expect them to work so fast and find it, I got a call 30 minutes later and was told to pick it up

Spider webs, dusty, property needs to be updated, two pots to cook with, TV small in master room, no pillows for the pull out. Customer Service was poor, didn’t want to answer questions it appeared they were bothered by questions, wasn’t a good experience.

Nice place. Check in easy and workers up front are great. Wash n dry very small and had to share it. You had to wash the towel they gave you and could only fit 3 towels in at time and dry took 3 times to dry. They hot tub was broken. That is one reason why I picked this place. They do have great music at pool at night!
