Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLove this place! Super comfy beds and soft linens, great shower water pressure, impeccably clean, tons of streaming channels available, watched the sunset from our own deck on the greenbelt and walked to the beach. Super attentive host. Will be back!

Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwaylocation was good for attractions. resort community is very nice. listing this as a condo is a little deceiving. the room & bathroom were nice, but this is actually an adjoined room off of a larger condo. Very little soundproofing. the first 3 nights, there was a family next door. We could hear every conversation they had, especially from the room that adjoined. The last night, diferent people were in the condo, & someone tried turning the latch & pushing on the adjoining door to come into our unit at 11pm. I don't know if they were aware that it was an adjoining room or not. Creepy all the same. The host was responsive to any questions, but would not stay in this kind of set up again

All of the single rooms here at Kingsmill have adjoining suites with two locking doors in between. They were built as condotels and all have their own outside entrance, that's why I have in my title that this is a room and in the description again that this is a room like a hotel room. I've called VRBO about changing the way it's classified. I stay in this room often and yes, sometimes a curious child or guest will try the adjoining door but it's never bothered me...it's nice that it's ground level with no one above you and no one in back of you.... you are on the tennis greenbelt surrounded by nature with your own deck to watch sunsets and can cut through the greenbelt to walk to the beach. I've always loved staying here.

When we arrived the addresses are super confusing….once we walked around and asked someone we finally got to our room.
The door was another thing, we punched the code in and it wouldn’t do anything….finally on my last attempt it worked!!
The room itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable!
We in the future would stay here again!
