Another great stay
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the second time we've stayed here although the first time we rented the adjacent studio. For the most part, it is a great condo as it had everything we needed for our toddler (books, toys, pack n' play, booster chair).
However when we got into our condo, we found that they did not clean the main unit nor the bedroom as there were still dirty towels in the bathtub and the bed was unmade. I contacted the owner the next morning (we had gotten in very late) who was able to send the cleaners rather quickly. They did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience however I had hoped it would be more given that we were down a bedroom (my brother had to sleep on the couch that night).
All in all, it's a great place to stay if you are traveling with little ones as you don't need to bring as much stuff.

Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe only rented the one side which was fine however updating is needed. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items).
The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low.
We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks.
Overall it was very relaxing.

Great condo in a great location. Couple minute drive to Busch gardens or colonial Williamsburg without feeling like you’re in a tourist spot. Groups were beautiful and it’s a gated community.
