This is a graceful, peaceful, beautiful property with the loveliest staff. It is convenient to all things Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary. You can walk everywhere, the golf course is beautiful and the spa is wonderful. Adrian & Andre at the front are the epitome of southern, friendly hospitality and charm. They embody all the lovely qualities of The Williamsburg Inn

Our dinner meal in the Terrace Room was sub-standard. Food was not what it has been in the past and time from order to service was slow. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Check-in was slow. Front desk and in room dining was never accessible/available by room phone (only via text with was delayed with responses). Wet paint in hallways. No in room dining outside of breakfast. Nice inn but not a luxury hotel with amenities you are accustomed to for a luxury hotel. Not a value for the luxury costs.
