Très bien placé et hôtel impeccable mais prévoyez une boussole pour retrouver votre chambre....l’hotel est immense

The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of colonial Williamsburg , shops and restaurants - on its own it is pricey for what is really a 3.5 star hotel. The bathrooms were clean, but truly it was the location that made it worth the cost.

I would give you 5 stars all the way across the board, but the chair, and toilet paper roll holder in our room were broken. I made the front desk aware within minutes of us being in the room, and it was never addressed. There were also carpet tacks coming up through the ripped carpet by the door. My only other recommendation would be lights in the dog walk area at night. That path is super hard to navigate even in the day time. We LOVED the staff, the convenience, and the ambiance of the property.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. A little outdated. Felt more like a conference center than hotel resort, however, we would stay again. Close to town.
