The staff were freindly and professional, but we (our group) had several problems with rooms. Leaking ceiling, outlets/lamps not working, outlets out of walls, toilets not working properly.

The property was dirty and appears run down. The linen was discolored and appeared dirty, the curtains were dirty. Pool was filthy ( was not yet open for the summer). The breakfast was mediocre. The floors smelled horrible. The carpet was dirty. My refrigerator did not work and stated smelling like it was burning. No phone in the room. No extension cord so tv could not work. As a Wyndham owner I was really disappointed especially for the price.

Staff was great; bed was comfy; pet friendly, but the room was average at best - definitely seen better days; however, the largest strike was the stench of Pot when you got out of the elevator and even worse the next day when stepping into the hallway. This was reported to the staff after checking in and when checking out!

The property is a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Despite being so close to major attractions, it was very quiet and the service was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had many options

Great staff, the room was clean but definitely needs refurbishing. The drapes had holes, the shower although spacious has no shelving and putting my soap on the floor was out of the question. The bed was comfortable but the metal base exceeded the mattress and was painful to hit... This made lovemaking a challenge but we managed 😏. The pillows need to be thrown out and replaced. Breakfast was good but there was no fresh melon and no turkey bacon. The juice was good and the coffee superb (dark roast) please share the brand. Once these issues are upgraded, we will return. I like the brand and I know this location can be better.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Williamsburg! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service from Mr. Prat. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His kindness and dedication truly made my stay more enjoyable. We chose this property for it's good value and proximity to the Jamestown Settlement. When we arrived we weren't expecting the hotel to be so nice and it appears it's being renovated. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Another pleasant surprise is that this Wyndam accepts pets. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when we visit Williamsburg.

This is not an actual Wyndham hotel. It's franchised and the family is living on premises. The ice machine only works on the floors they occupy. The building smells of curry, and I love curry, but it's over powering. The customer service was horrible. Had to wait 20 mins to get in my room, because the key did not work. The bathroom was broken and didn't have toilet paper. It was the bare minimum of everything except the price we paid to stay there. If this was a motel I would t haven't had any expectations, but name Wyndham use to mean something.
