Desperately in need of an update…appears lobby is being worked on but the rooms need attention.

Thank you for the review. As you noted we are currently working in the lobby but we are also working on the rooms as well. We cannot work on rooms occupied currently by guests however so when these rooms are finished they will be opened back for use while a new floor is taken out to be done. We hope you can give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future so that you can see the progress of the renovations.

Not much to complain about. We had a nice clean room, warm showers, and comfortable beds. And the staff was great! That is really all I need when I stay in a hotel. That being said, be mindful that they are under renovations, which I didn't know. This is the reason for not given 5 stars all across the board. I was a bit disappointed because the my reason to book this hotal and not others was beacuase of the pool and free breakfast. The pool isn't open (was unaware of renovations). The cook was hospitalized, so we did not have breakfast for two mornings (at no ones fault.)

It was a terrible stay, they we’re renovating the hotel and we didn’t know it one of the elevators were down had to walk to other side to go up to the room, the staff was not friendly, had no computer to copy things off, and they were supposed to have a buffet for breakfast and they told us that morning that they weren’t having any. Will not stay there ever again

Disappointed stay

The hotel didn't inform me about renovations prior to my stay, the pool wasnt accessible, all elevators werent accessible, the phone in my room was not connected so had to constantly go to front desk for requests, had to spend money in breakfast because the complimentary option was poorly prepared

Overall very poor. Not enough food at breakfast. Room was dilapidated. We put the towels on the floor and when we came back to the room in the evening they were still there.

We deeply apologize about any issues you had regarding the room and breakfast. Per Wyndham's new Green policy the towels and sheets are only changed after every 3rd night unless requested otherwise. A sign in the room talks about our housekeeping policy. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this and we appreciate the feedback. We hope you can give us the opportunity to do better in the future once the renovations have completed some of the guest rooms.
