The photos on the website have obviously been taken after a recent renovation many years ago and does not accurately represent the condition of the property today. Although the staff was very nice and polite, it took me three days of requests and finally reaching out to the housekeeping manager directly, just to get fresh towels. I will not stay here again nor recommend this property to anyone.

I loved the hotel and the staff. I definitely will be returning. I did not like my room location. It was next to the door to the balcony and it slammed loud everytime someone went through it.

Genetti Hotel Williamsport

It’s a nostalgic place that is interesting, however, it’s very dated.
The bathrooms are small and are like stepping into the 1950s
The rooms are very dated as well.
The best part of my experience was the breakfast and the staff.
They were both outstanding

Location was good.
Stayed in a motel room with visible daylight all around the door to the outside.
