Gene at the front desk was great. Very personable and helpful. The other front desk people were okay, but not as good as Gene. The ladies could learn from him. The only complaint I have is there was no coffee in the room; 24/7 coffee in the lobby, but couldn't make coffee in my pjs.

The location of this hotel to my family is excellent. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I say almost great as for the three days I stayed there was no housekeeping, when I inquired after the first day, they said they would take care of it, but again, they skipped my room. the front desk was great with extra towels and linens but still, if I am going to pay to stay in a hotel having housekeeping is one the perks I’ve come to expect.

Next to the highway, but it isn't a busy town, so it is not that bad. Didn't keep us awake. Staff were great. Decent breakfast. The patio is lovely and I wish we had a moment to enjoy it.

What a relief! We had left a different hotel we booked in the area because that hotel was not clean and was very unsettling. Hampton Inn and Suites is always such a comfort to be in! We were so happy and it was so comfortable to be here for the night - our home away from home. Breakfast was good. Enough options available. I went to get hot water for tea and one of the staff (I did not get his name), offered to get me a fresh cup of HOT water. Just exceptional service here. Rooms were comfortable & spacious, nice refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bathroom and shower was clean and functional - well stocked. the Business Center was a very nice space - I used for work.
