Staff is very pleasant, continental breakfast, fresh coffee. Adjacent is a Mexican restaurant, El Jalisco, great food and atmosphere!
There's potential here for this cute little hotel to make their rooms with themes of the Ark Encounter, with pictures, murals?

This is a very old hotel, old linens but they tried to grout the tiles in the bathroom and cleaned our room the following day. Front desk and breakfast staff were helpful.

Staff was very congenial and helpful. I should have requested a room on ground level. Stairs were difficult for me.

This property must have paid people for the good reviews, because this place was disgusting, nothing like the pictures shown. Everything was filthy, tv didn’t even work correctly, outlets didn’t work, floor coming apart, blinds broken, also chords on blinds didn’t work, bathroom gross, floors all dirty. We travel a lot all over the U.S, and we keep a note book of the places we won’t stay again, and this property is at the top of the list. In fact this property has made me decide to check out the property first before booking, these reviews can’t be accurate, there isn't that many people who would consider this place acceptable. You say “no pets” why not, it couldn’t be any worse!
