Family Trip
Our family was visiting Kentucky to go to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. This house was a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking. Between the hot tub and the games we kept busy all evening long. It’s was great for the adults and the kids. We would love to visit again!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The home is spacious and clean with beautiful views! The owners thought of everything we could possibly need (I.e. kcups, small snacks, towels). We all loved the hot tub, fireplaces and the breathtaking Kentucky hills in the backyard. We went to the creation museum and the Ark and the house was in a great location to see both. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful visit to this property! Beautiful views, great pool and hot tub. Communication with hosts was fantastic. Definitely would recommend. My 78 year old parents LOVED staying here with us and their grandson. Ark encounter and Creation Museum are both a must-see.

This home was such a wonderful retreat for our trip to the Ark. It had all the comforts of home in a very tastefully decorated, new home. It was clean and cozy. The pool was perfect for our afternoons and evenings. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful with rolling hills and wide open spaces. All the included extras (snacks!, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) were very appreciated. There was plenty of space for us to cook, eat, play and relax. We recommend this house very highly!

Gorgeous home!
We stayed for a few days to kick off our two week road trip at a relaxing spot. It was a perfect location to tour the ark. Our teenage girls loved having a private pool and all the pool toys were a wonderful bonus! I enjoyed cooking our meals outside on the blacktop. The house is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful stay in northern Kentucky
This nearly new house is a hidden gem, and a true find! Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, beautifully scenic property, and perfectly situated for our trip to see the Ark Encounter. The whole house was homey and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hearing the neighboring cows mooing in the distance and seeing chickens actually cross the road (still don’t know why)! For downtimes, there are 5 smart TVs and a carpeted game room with foosball and air hockey. Fireplaces outside and inside made it extra cozy for our early Spring vacation. Though technically a ranch, the house feels like a 2-story with its fully finished lower level and walkout to the backyard. The fact that a bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area are also on the lower level means that parties traveling together can have some privacy. There is basic shopping and a few restaurants in Dry Ridge, a 10-15 minute drive away — we found the Super Walmart and Beans cafe to be our best bets. For more serious shopping, Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY are each about 45 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of cookware and bakeware and the most common seasonings. While we stayed here we really felt like the owner thought of everything. All in all, our visit was a delight, and the owner was a lovely person to talk to and very responsive. We have no hesitation in recommending this place and would absolutely stay here ourselves if we were ever to come through again.

This is a very clean property. Well kept. Quiet neighborhood. The location was absolutely perfect for our activities and the space was enough for our large family (7 people total). Loved we didn’t have to wait forever to get hot water for showers or wash hands. Beds were comfy and not broken. Carpets and rugs were clean and kitchen was spot on. Appreciated they did some decorating for Christmas. We will absolutely stay again if we travel back down this way.

This is the nicest rental home we've ever stayed at. Very clean, and had so much. I packed way too much stuff thinking it wouldnt be available. I highly recommend this home. We had teenagers with us. They stayed downstairs unless they wanted to swim or eat.

Amazing house, views, and stay!
Everything about the property, location, and hosts was above and beyond my expectation! The house is in a beautiful location with miles of land to view from the comfort of the pool or porch. House was VERY clean and was just what we needed for a fun weekend. The hosts were readily available at all times throughout the weekend and amazing to deal with. Some of the best hosts I’ve encountered through the renting industry. Our group got to happily hangout with them and hear their VRBO story. There is a neighbor that likes to keep a close eye on the property, but that did not have any negative impact to our fun weekend. Can’t thank the hosts enough for all their support throughout the weekend and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfy home and nice getaway in the hills of Kentucky!

This is a great home that is owned and run by great people. You can't ask for a better setting than the hills in Kentucky juuuust enough off the beaten path to enjoy God's creation in the beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing home this wonderful family has put together for all to enjoy. Perfect Weekend!
Our weekend experience at this property was exceptional. The home is lovely and clean! Versatile layout is conducive to intimate settings or having fun in the lower level, sitting outside, enjoying the stars at night or relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you’d need. The outdoor grill was a hit…BEST steaks ever and we’re picky. The 360 degree views are beautiful. Very peaceful in a quiet rural setting. What a find! Our hosts were responsive and wanted to be sure our weekend celebrating my retirement was special. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up a 48 year career. Thank you so much!😊
