This is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The statf was nice. The hotel is in very neglected state. We had a chair in our room that had a burn mark in it and was shredded on the back of the cushion. The room advertised a couch but there wasn't one in our room. The bed was very very comfortable but overall this hotel needs some major repairs. Our room was on the 2nd level with no elevator. I am handicapped and have a hard time climbing stairs....I requested a main floor room but was told there wasn't one available. Overall the word that comes to mind describing this hotel was scuzzy.

GREAT MOTEL
This is a very nice to stay on a budget. Very friendly and helpful front desk attendants. I was upgraded from a queen size to a king size room free of charge. Excellent breakfast buffet. It's not the Hilton but for $66 I wasn't expecting that. Very clean and comfortable. Only improvement that I could remotely suggest is that it doesn't have an elevator but for when it was built that's not uncommon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The hotel was definitely adequate and the price was amazing. Breakfast was decent and there was complimentary soup and cookies in the evening. Service was friendly. The hotel seemed clean, but our room was a bit rundown with holes worn in the curtains and a cigarette burn on one of the sheets. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. And for some reason they stripped our room before we had checked out (we left for 10 minutes to get gas), so we had nowhere to be while waiting for the rest of our party in another room.

I had a headache the whole time I stayed there because the building reeks of stale cigarette smoke. The grass area for pets is complicated to access. I was not please with the cleanliness at all.

If you plan on staying in town longer than a week than this is the place. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast you can find. The staff is really helpful it’s close to a few things but like most stuff in Williston you need a car. I will pick this over any big name company

Booked this through EXPEDIA and EXPEDIA did this to us in Feb2023. We were looking forward to hot tub and pool at Williston location to find out after checking in that is under maintenance shutdown. In Feb we left Sea World early to take advantage of pool and hotub at our EXPEDIA booked location to find out after checking in and that facility in San Diego was completly removed from their location. When we look forward to immenities available at our stays you post get your s@#t together and not false advertise

The SAME breakfast everyday, REALLY??!!! The pool not working, thinking this is a scam by motel owners, oh we have a pool!! Never open, but we have a pool!!! We stayed here 2 years ago, now new owners, another scam, way more rundown, our bed didn't have a mattress pad, so we bought one for our week stay, checked another room, yep, mattress pad!!! Someone else's dirty towel on the hook in the bathroom upon arrival, tv remote was not working, had to re-key our rooms keys almost everyday. We would have gone to a different motel, but not without eating that room for a week on expedia, never again!!

Advertised pool. It was not working wasnt told at check in. Room so dirty. Candy under bed, spoon stuck to top of headboard. Tv stand chewed up and wood all around(rodent chew) no light bulb in bathroom asked for 1 never got it. I put my hand on window sill left imprint from dust. Carpet stained my socks red. So gross.
