Shower had no water pressure and the drain barely worked. Mold on the ceiling and some sort of mud-like funk in the corners (bathroom). Hot tub was down which was the main reason for booking this specific facility and no compensation or anything was offered. Generally underwhelmed but this experience.

Was not greeted by front desk when I walked in. Waited over 10 minutes for her while she continued to work on something on the computer. She was not on the phone or anything. Thought she could have at least greeted us and told us it would be a minute. Or looked for somebody right away to get everybody checked into their rooms. Finally went to see if there was somebody else in back to check us in. There was not so she came back and continued her work without ever saying one word to any of us. Finally another worker came out and got us checked in. There was a line of about four people waiting to check in. Tried calling the front desk and there was never anyone to answer the phone down there. Rooms were nice. The pool had no towels available and there were dirty towels all over the place down there. Breakfast was very good. And the location was perfect for the baseball tournament that we were in town for.
