Juste un motel d'étape

Contre : Accueil et sourire
Road trip de 3 semaines en famille (2 adultes et 2 filles ados) de L.A. à Seattle. Willits était une étape entre la Napa Valley et Humboldt Redwoods State Park (Avenue of the Giants - Scenic Highway).
Le motel est correct, a une petite piscine et le Wifi gratuit. Le réceptionniste qui est probablement aussi le proprio ou le franchisé est peu accueillant (peu disert et pas jovial, il faut lui soutirer les "vers du nez"). Ce n'est pas de la discourtoisie de sa part, je dirais plutôt une sorte de distance - peut-être culturelle, il est Indien de l'Inde ou Pakistanais - mais on est aux USA et on s'attend bien sûr à un accueil service orienté client. Bref, l'accueil et le sourire comptent beaucoup et donc nous ne gardons pas de souvenir de l'agencement du motel ni des alentours et ni de la ville elle-même car aucune recommandation de la part du proprio (au moment du check-in où nous étions seuls).

check in and out very smooth, comfortable bed, nice room. Staff very nice, decent breakfast choices
