The bed was great! But, as others have said, the building is renovated, not brand new as advertised. And whoever was in charge of the renovations really fell down on the job. The rim between the shower and rest of bathroom had been taken out to make curbless entry, which is fine, but that ridge in the floor was never filled in. The shower curtain was too short and water ran straight down the curtain onto the floor and into the gap in the floor. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sink were reversed, and there were no bathroom surfaces for toiletries, only crammed on the tiny sink and on the top of the toilet. I am now distrustful of Quality Inns.

The only good thing about the hotel was the staff were friendly. Bugs in hallway. Very hot in hallway. Adequate breakfast except needed individual butter for waffles. Bathroom in room 107 had a horrble sewer smell, so bad we had to get freshner from front desk. Indoor pool was freezing cold. Rooms very small.

The front desk gal was helpful & friendly. The hotel was newly renovated and quite clean. The room needed maintenance but was clean. Bathroom light was out, toilet slow to flush, had trouble getting the TV to come on. The biggest inconvenience was the electronic room key system was broken, so I never got a room key. Therefore I had to either prop doors open to exit and return to the room or walk down to the reception desk to be let in. Inconvenient & not safe.
