The front desk guy was very rude and made my stay very uncomfortable… I felt like I was walking on egg shells because he treated me like I was in jail. I will never book thru that hotel and he turned the lights off at the pool and made the pool cold when i went to swim.. his name was javonni

Greetings. I *really* wanted to like this property but left disappointed. I will frankly share some of my concerns with all respect. I did not find check-in welcoming or professional. I chose the property for the pool and was informed at check in that the pool heater was broken… no apology from staffer, or any recognition of how this might impact my visit. Overall the building is clean but hall carpets deeply dirty and stained. Overall room clean but likewise carpets dirty, stained. Sheets clean but old and scratchy. Not enough blankets. Room smelled stale plus cheap cleaning product. I expected better.

When we asked for early check in, we were told they didn’t have it in a rude manner. We got there and the place smelled like pool water. Customer service wasn’t the greatest and the conversations between staff members were questionable. The room was nice, but there was water leaking from the fridge and no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket. We asked for late checkout and they only had one for 30 minutes more. Before our time was up, room service knocked our door and was telling us we were suppose to be out of the hotel. I assume they weren’t informed, but it still was an awkward conversation.Also incidental hold was 150, which is usually more than other hotels I have been at. Overall not the greatest hotel.

We had a one night stay. The front desk lady was polite enough but in no way friendly. It seemed like we were bothering her. Our room was good, my husband and I enjoyed the separation of our room with a king bed to the living room with the sleeper sofa. Overall, the room was clean. The pool closed much earlier than we’d liked and we were not allowed to bring any type of beverage into the pool area, even water in a plastic cup.

It was dirty! The breakfast was horrible I saw hotel stayers diggin in food with hands! Pool was dirty and hot tub was broke! I checked out early hope I get refunded for that day it was before check out time! And it was loud kids running all over upstairs from me and in hallways

Staff was alright, pool was heated but slightly cloudy, breakfast was the typical prepackaged items, some had mold growing in them, and a couple of hot food offerings. Latch on door didn't work, so door never closed properly and anyone could walk in. Staff knew about it from previous occupants. We were offered another room, but all our stuff was already unpacked and kids were settled in so it wasn't ideal. We also had cockroaches in our room. Overall, this will be our first and last stay for the next business trip in the area.

Better than waiting at the airport for 12 hours

I had a 10-hour layover and this was the perfect place for me to spend my time. I would have spent the same amount if I had had to relax and eat at the airport. The staff could not have been nicer
