Bed not made for our daughter. Reservation indicated three persons. Ran out of coffee, trash never emptied during our stay; had to request extra towels. No daily cleaning service?

Hello, We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. I'm sorry that there was some miscommunication about getting an extra bed made in your Suite. We do not have a 24 hour front desk but by request we gladly provide you with the mentioned extra towels as well as coffee, room service, trash removal, and anything else that is within our power. As stated in our hotel information we offer limited house keeping. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any shortcomings. I am sorry if it was not clear to you that all our services are available to you upon request. We will try to better explain our operating hours and procedures in the future. Beautiful Quaint Hotel...but

No staff in the hotel at night. If you get locked out you cannot get back in. three flights of stairs with no help with luggage. Decor although Victorian in shabby shape. The gardens are lovely; however, three flights of deep stairs to maneuver and the last step is a giant one which caused a tumble and smashing of cell phone. Would not recommend unless you are agile and fit. :)

Hello, We regret that your stay at the Inn at City Club caused you some difficulty. It is true that we have a lot of steps in the gardens and in the 1842 built mansion. We will try to better prepare future guests about the "agile and fit" part. We always appreciate your business and thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the tiered gardens. I regret if you weren't informed that your key unlocks the front door and one of the side doors. It also is our policy to help with luggage and I apologize that the person checking you in apparently did not offer help. amazing find

everything was wonderful, quiet atmosphere. No front desk or room service attendants- but who cares it was great. You will have to pay to park at a lot across the street but an attendant was there all the time.

For future reference, there is lots of free parking all around Downtown Wilmington and we would be happy to advise where to park. Historic and different.

This is a beautiful, historic house and club. But not really a hotel. There was no staff except the wait staff and after the dinner service we were the only people there.

Dear Madam or Sir, We regret that your stay at our Inn wasn't everything that you expected. Indeed, we are more of an Inn, similar to a Bed and Breakfast. We gladly provide our guests with anything we can upon request. It is true that we do not have a 24 hour staff. While we are always available on an on call basis it is sometimes necessary to make arrangements for room service and such outside of dining hours. We apologize if your expectations weren't met and would gladly make up for it if there is something that we can do for you after the fact. Convenient in downtown

Beautiful and spacious suite with old fashioned charm. Easy walk anywhere downtown. Best part was the 360 degree view of downtown from the panoramic room at the top.

Favorite place to stay in Wilmington!

I absolutely love this place! Gorgeous and historic house in the heart of downtown Wilmington. The suite had incredible views of the city and the sunset.

Very nice hotel, great location. The only negative thing is that they didn't clean up the fridge before our check-in. There was some beer and water left
