Unique and fun stay
Publié le 23 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location for access to downtown Wilmington and unique stay in this very clean and modern floating home! Beautiful deck to enjoy cofee and views. Marina restaurant within easy walk and has live music on weekends. Friendly and professional staff on hand to help with questions. A comfortable and relaxing stay with friends.

Loved our stay at The Cove!
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe will definitely stay here again! Was great location for walking to bars and restaurants especially if you are seeing a show at the live oak bank pavilion! Property manager was very attentive and the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Upper patio was so fun to hang out and have a drink in the marina with amazing views. 10 out of 10!!

Simply staying a dock is always the best; the American version of staying on a houseboat in Amsterdam!
Their are 'dock carts' to easily load and make the short walk from parking to the dock a breeze. This is a quiet marina, people are very respectful and friendly without being intrusive.
Views are amazing- even in the stifling heat we enjoyed a few hours relaxing on the upper level deck- a great bonus with major photo ops :)
Everything is as described- even better in person than is depicted in the photos :)
Easy to clean up before you depart- check in and check out are explained nicely.
We absolutely loved our stay- it was in itself a special highlight on our vacation :)
There is a Whole Foods that only requires a short drive, and many shops and restaurants nearby.
Very, very glad I was lucky enough to find availability!

Perfect Downtown Getaway
Publié le 15 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe own a beach home in the area so are always on the coast, we were looking for a one night getaway so we could explore downtown, see the Battleship with our 14 year old son and take full advantage of reservations at Seabird. The houseboat was a unique option and fun experience...only regret is not being able to stay longer! I will definitely be keeping this in mind for concerts at the amphitheater.
Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!
