Sea Colony condos are highly sought out and book fastest on Pleasure Island! Can see Thurs night and Friday and Sunday night 🎇 **see below about sheets and towels! ***
fireworks from oceanfront deck! Walk two buildings over to Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar and Granny’s Country Kitchen and Uncle Vinny’s Restaurant across the street. 10 blocks to boardwalk. Great surfing and fishing location at Sea Colony. Lots of parking directly in front of steps to your front door. It is on 3rd floor walk up and no one is above you or to one side because you get top corner unit! Very private and very private deck! Unbelievable views of ocean for miles any direction you look from every room in condo. 675 sq ft King bed with pillow top mattress for comfort.
Pull out sleeper in living room and twin bed in hall alcove! Also blow up mattress if needed.
Very well run and maintained oceanfront condo with clean big pool with gazebos on deck. Plenty of room for shade and sun on pool deck. There are grills and a huge grassy oceanfront area to run or playball ect. See photos.
Fully stocked kitchen. Great speed WiFi and spectrum Cable. All paper products and soaps for dishwasher, washer dryer , kitchen, and bathroom are provided. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, beach bags, boogie boards, umbrellas ect all in downstairs private storage you will have key to. No need to bring beach items upstairs.
Just bring king sheets, queen sleeper sheets and twin sheets if needed and towels for shower. You can rent for extra 40$ if you need towels and linens. There is a plug in fan in bedroom and ceiling fan in case you like the fan noise at night or if you just need the waves crashing you are right there! đŸ â˜€ïžđŸŒŠ
We provide a stroller, high chair, and pack n play.
Flat screen TV in living room and bedroom! DVD player, games, great books to read, and toys for children.
We live a few miles away and take care of property ourselves and love hosting. We take pride in cleaning and making sure we give extra treats for guests like coffee, fresh flowers, coupons for events and restaurants. We are available anytime and go out of our way to make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Quick visit to the beach
Perfect location with beautiful views from all rooms. Very comfortable bed. The unit is partially updated. Odd LR layout and throw covers. Kitchen and bth are run down. They hurt the potential for a very positive ambiance.

Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again.

Awesome location!
The unit that we stayed in was as shown on website. Very clean and quiet. Access to beach and places to visit was very convenient! We would stay there again! We stayed after summer season and enjoyed it! We would recommend to anyone to try out this location!

3 Night Stay
Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Deck had great view of the ocean and bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was clean with nice deck chairs, Pier bar and restaurant with in walking distance from complex. Carolina boardwalk with rides 5 minutes away. We were able to watch the boardwalk fireworks show from the beach area in front of the condos with other guest. Would recommend Carolina beach chair and umbrella rentals which we’ve used for the past 3 years. Chairs and umbrella are ready around 7 or 8AM and removed around 5:30PM comfortable with leg and foot rest. We have rented for 3 years and have had a great time each year. Enjoy!

Great Place!
We LOVED this place! It was extremely clean and that was nice for a change! We have stayed at alot of places in Carolina Beach over the years and this one was def at the top. Both beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and it was clean!! The water does smell, in the kitchen mostly but there was a brand new jug of fresh water in fridge that we used for drinking and coffee. I thought that was awesome! As far as showering and brushing my teeth, the smell didnt bother me in the bathroom like i thought it might This is something that canNOT be helped though, honestly. Its beach water, come on! It was decorated nicely and to be small, it was very OPEN. We will definitely try and rent this place again! It had everything that it said it would have. Thankyou Carol and Stephen for allowing us to spend time at your place, it was GREAT!!!

Long weekend
We have stayed in this complex previously and enjoy the location. The 3 flights of stairs were ok since we were only staying for a long weekend and was worth the views and not having anyone stomping around above us or anyone next to us on 1 side. The sliding door does not lock but due to the units location i did not feel unsafe. Unit is dated and can use some upgrades however we spent the majority of our day on the beach and did not bother us at all.

It’s OK
Only place I’ve ever stayed at where they require you to bring your own towels and linens or charge you a rental fee. Those seem like basic items that should be included with a rental. That information was included in the details and we brought our own. The condo wasn’t what we were expecting. Needs updating and a thorough cleaning. It’s cleaned by the property owner, but not cleaned well. The checkin time noted when booking was 3pm. The communication with the checkin information received closer to arrival date was noted to be 4pm. Then on day of checkin, around the 4pm checkin time as we were approaching the property, we received a call asking for more time to finish cleaning. More time was allowed, but the property owner was still in the process of cleaning when we arrived and needed much more time than what was expected. Property does have a nice view and is close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The walking distance might be too much for some. We do not anticipate to return to this area. The condo and overall area is not what we had expected. If we were to return to the area we would not stay at this condo again. Overall consensus is we would not recommend.

This is a wonderful location and view but definitely has some disadvantages. If you have anyone with mobility challenges this is not the place for them. Lots of stairs. There is a pack and play and high chair but no stroller that we could find. There is no beach chairs or umbrellas in the storage unit. We rented from a pleasure island rentals You will need a key to get into the pool so save yourself the steps and take it with you. As mentioned before the water smells horrible so plan to bring bottles to drink. I recommend getting food at the veggie wagon and dessert at the peach cobbler factory.

Amazing view, great location
Overall good experience. The condo is small, but has everything that you need. It is more suited for a couple than a family due to the 1 bathroom, but we had 2 teenage girls so it was a bit tight lol. Pricing is better than most and they allow rentals shorter than a full week so that is a plus. Sofa sleeper is not usable if you want to be comfortable (but most aren’t). Other beds are great. The view is stunning and beach/pool access very convenient. The stairs are the only real downside to this property, mainly just making loading and unloading very tiring. Beautiful area would stay again.

Weekend trip review
My mother and I had a mother/daughter trip at this condo and had a good time overall. Although the condo was clean and relatively nice, there were some cons that I would like to mention. The booking was a little misleading as it stated there would be beach chairs in the storage room although there weren’t any. My mom and I stayed for just a couple of days so we were sort of banking on being able to just borrow chairs from the storage unit which would be less packing for us. When we realized there were no beach chairs, it was too late to go buy chairs as we would’ve wasted beach time. Therefore, we had to use towels all day. Had we known there were no chairs, we would’ve brought our own. Also, the balcony door does not lock which wasn’t comforting even though it’s on the 3rd floor. It’s nice knowing your valuables are locked up regardless of the level. The coffee maker won’t brew coffee unless you hold the pot up to the spout, as if it is the incorrect size for the machine. The water also smelled really bad, like rotten eggs/sulfur which may be a beach thing but it was quite gross to have to shower and brush your teeth in. Are there not filters/solutions for that? Rather than reaching out to the owner, we just dealt with these things because we didn’t want to Easter valuable time during our short stay. Other than those things, the condo is fine for a weekend trip but I wouldn’t find it suitable for a week trip. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo is located really close to shops, restaurants, etc.

Nice condo with a great deck.
We booked very last minute, less then 24hours in advance. The owner did everything she could to make it ready on such short notice. It is a great location with a excellent view of the ocean for in the condo or on the deck. It will be the 1st place we check when we plan to come back.

We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed the sea views and easy access to the beach. The beach chairs available for use were an added bonus. Owner was friendly and responsive. We would have loved some wine glasses and plastic wrap, foil or some Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Overall the condo was very comfortable for us and the view is spectacular!

My husband and I had a wonder time. The property was true to listing. The views are amazing. The bedroom was bright and roomy. The kitchen and bath could use some updates but overall functional. The only thing missing were some wine glasses. We would definitely return.

The condo has a huge beach vibe. The ocean views are remarkable. The property owners were easy to reach for a few quick questions. My daughter loved the extra toys and bed with a view. The only con would be it's 3 flights of stairs. But, we packed lightly. Awesome visit.
