The place was well decorated and clean. Joel was prompt in answering my questions and I was even able to check in an hour early. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Great little find in historic downtown Wilmington

We parked our car and didn't need to drive to find so many things to do. Great pubs and restaurants. Also loved getting ice cream from Kilwins. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. It was nice to have coffee already supplied. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We appreciated the free parking right next door. Our daughter is a senior at UNCW and I wish we had found this gem earlier! It would be our go-to every time! The host was great too! If you need a one bedroom unit - look no further!!

Anniversary getaway

They loved it and said the location was great, the parking was super easy, it was very clean with towels laid out for them and checking in and out was super easy. We would definitely recommend this place and may even decide to stay there one night ourselves based on their experience! Thank you Jeff!

Great spot in Wilmington historic area

This was a very well curated appartment. Subtle, which made it very comfortable. Sunrise view from the two rocking chairs on the porch was very nice, and it was a lovely place to sip your coffee (or beer!) Everything you want and need is a short stroll away, including the wonderful Wilmington Riverwalk.
