~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor, Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.

~By booking this condo you agree to all the covid rules and restrictions put in place. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions please message me before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said covid rules and restrictions.

~Condo is set up for 2 sets of 2 guests sleeping in the same bed, if the pullout is needed please make sure to notify us 24 hrs before arrival for linens.
~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd party bookings permitted.
~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.
~ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
~ This property is NOT available for parties or social gatherings of any sort and only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY.
~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am
~ This is a NON-smoking condo. If air quality sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
~ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival for access codes to be activated for check-in or this will significantly delay your check in
~Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.

Great location, walking distance to downtown and everything.
The biggest issue here was the bed. It was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in, woke up in pain and tired due to little sleep. Decided not to stay second night due to the bed.

The apartment was very nice, clean and what what we expected from the pictures. We knew ahead of time that we had to park almost 2 blocks away in a parking garage but didn't realize how much of a pain that would be. If you are planning on not using your car and walking everywhere then you'll be fine. We used our car often. It would have been nice if we could have just parked right by the apartment. Upon arrival, even after reading the instructions on how to get in we could not. I had to call the owner and he electronically let us in. We could not use the keypad and had to take the key with us which was not a problem. The door did not seal great and let a lot of light and air into the apartment. The air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we spend most of our time out there on the little wicker couch. The bathroom was huge and was very clean. Overall it was a very nice place but I would prefer my car to not be so far away.

Beautiful views & lots to do!
Loved the convenience to the town and the views of riverfront were stunning from the balcony! Will definitely stay here again! We enjoyed the horse and carriage tour at night and the riverboat scenic tour of eagle island by day. Also, found Yosake Sushi to be the BEST. Very comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful Riverfront Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this riverfront condo. The condo was beautifully decorated. Everything worked. The balcony looks over the river/riverwalk, and the battleship! We found DGX/grocery store a less than 100 yards away. There's also a great place to get a breakfast bagle just in front of the building. The condo is close to everything downtown. Parking garage is about 1.5 blocks away, and it's across the street from the police dept. So it felt very safe. The only negative was I found out after I made the booking that the owner/property manager requires the tenants to send a photo of their driver's license to him, but we got it done and enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed overnight for the end of Azalea festival. The condo was so cute, delightfully decorated and easy to find. It was so convenient and close to many wonderful places to see, eat and enjoy live music. The owner was easy to communicate w/ and entry to place was seamless. I highly recommend!

The condo was great. Very well decorated and extremely clean. The view out the back balcony is absolutely stunning. The only thing was parking. It’s actually about 3 blocks away. That was fine for me and my husband but it may not be fine for everyone. We had a problem with the back door, texted them and immediately they were sending maintenance!! Good stay.

Location!
Great location close to the riverfront activities, restaurants, and bars. This particular unit was comfortable for my quick stay and met my travel needs completely. I did have to report a few minor maintenance items to the property manager and I was assured they would be handled. Additionally the check in process was quite involved, leading me to believe that they have had problems with patrons previously. I’ve never had to send a photo of my ID to someone other than VRBO before to get the door code. The process made me feel a bit uncomfortable, however in the end it all worked out well.

Owner was rude
We were required to send pictures of our license to the owners personal cell phone. I blocked out sensitive information but enough for identification and the owner called stating i had to send it without anything blocked out and was rude regarding the check in process. I asked why it was required for me to send a picture of my license since this has never occurred before while using VRBO and it made me uncomfortable sending this information to his personal cell, especially because this was not ever mentioned in the booking. He stated rudely “because it’s my property that’s why you can cancel if you don’t like it”. At this point we couldn’t cancel and receive a refund and this was hours before check in. I have never left a review before but I felt the need to for this since I truly believe there was no need to respond in the manner he did and that maybe it should be listened on his property that this would be required.

Awesome Place
This was a great location if you’re wanting to stay on the river walk In Wilmington! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and spot for our trip. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for people who want to explore the town. The spot had everything we needed for just the two of us. We couldn’t figure out for the life of us the bedroom fan and living room light, but it wasn’t needed. Communication with the property manager was easy and check-in and check-out was fine. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington. We arrived to find the condo ready for us and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host and the check-in process was great. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Gene is incredibly rude and disrespectful (not worth the view)
There were so many issues I will make a bulleted list. - Check-in information wasn't received til 20 mins before I arrived event though I submitted my ID when I requested the VRBO - After telling Gene I would respond when I wasn't driving, he texted me later while I was driving, when I specifically said I would respond later. - Gene's attitude was not the way a customer/guest should be treated - The door does not fully close, when locked, there is a part that is ajar which is a safety issue. This issue has been brought up in other reviews which Gene neglected. - Some of the towels smelled like piss - During my first morning, I went to cook breakfast to see there was no pans, only one pot. I texted Gene and he said I should check all cabinets which I would not have texted him if I hadn't previously checked. Then, when I asked for one to be brought to me, he said it would be later as house keeping is on a schedule, so I had to cook my eggs in a pot. I responded back saying the listing advertises a full kitchenette and stove top which should include cooking supplies. Gene BLAMED me (the customer) saying "Some guests bring their own towels, linens, and cooking utensils, we do supply some, but not everything." A simple pan should be there, no guest should have to bring cookware or be blamed for it not being there when it should have been. A previous review also stated this when they stayed in October 2022. This suggests Gene clearly never had a pan (after texting me "There should be pots and pans" -> only ONE pot) and again neglected customer complaints. When I finally received pans HOURS later, it was obvious they were brand new again suggesting he never had cooking supples as advertised when it says "Full Kitchenette". Gene was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and never apologized for this issue until I told him he should. - The only positive thing I can say is the view, but don't waste your money on this VRBO to be treated so poorly as there are other options in downtown Wilmington with same/similar views. - Gene is a terrible VRBO host.
