Perfect stay

Misleading

Weekend Stay
Publié le 1 août 2022 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed our stay. Pretty much everything was as described. The only real issue was the property management company who took reservations. We turned in our contract as soon as we got it and redid it the 3 times we got the text they hadn't recieved it.
The am of our check in before leaving home we still hadn't received the check in procedure etc. Had to wait till they opened and called. Cheryl was amazing and figured out that nobody was checking our contracts as recieved thus initiating the email that goes out for check in procedure. We sure didn't want to make the 4 hour drive only to find out something was wrong.
Otherwise, everything else was pretty much perfect!

The fridge didn’t work. The cable did not work. Location was good.

If you want a place to sleep with TV and AC. This is your place. Nothing fancy. They have a pool but no extra towels. There are no vending machines and no staff on site for help. No phones in room 1 small trash no extras. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so after taking a shower the whole room was like a sauna. Again no fan , no window so you need to make sure that the front door is crack after a family member uses the bathroom.
