I need accessibility bathroom with bathtub grab bars. The bathtub drain would not stay closed. Had to rig it with a washcloth. It was very to get luggage into hotel from car, but there was no one to help so I struggled a bit. I have my luggage split across several bags so I don’t lift too much. I mean, if you see a man wearing a back brace … offer to help? I would have tipped. Idk. Really great built in Mexican restaurant on lower floor. Good think because this town very small, I drove in the small highways from 20 miles out … did not see much

I liked how clean the hotel and property was. The staff was very professional. I didn’t like the insufficient towels were provided and I had to ask for more and the bed pillows were not very comfortable and not enough for two people. Also on the second day there was no hot water to enable a warm shower. Areas for improvement!

We had been traveling all day and I was starving for food. I was so happy to see a little Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. And one of the fun parts if you take the stairs you can walk into the resturant with leaving the building. Its kinda hard to explain but it was neat. The food was good and reasonable. The hotel room was spacious and the rate was super. Getting to the place from the interstate was easy.

Smoldering Review

There was a fire in the hotel a couple rooms down from ours. The hotel was evacuated and smelled of smoke for quite a while. Although it was inconvenient and I was upset, I feel as though the hotel did everything in their ability to keep guests safe and accommodate any special requests.

Nobody at desk BOTH at check in and check out. Had to WAIT for somebody to show up. Room and entire facility is dusty. Fixtures, floor edges, door thresholds, corners, all dusty and linty. Our room smelled like the previous guest had or cooked pizza. Some filthy residue smeared on edge of TV stand/dresser. The sink drained sooooo slowly. All these issues were so disgusting. Bathroom door constantly swung open banging into the tub and dragging the floor mat with it. The TV remote refused to work often requiring many, many button pushes to get any results. Bed was comfortable except for the mini lumps under the sheet. I suspect lint balls or pilling material on the mattress pad. Breakfast was poor, we took exception to the large bottles of milk, too many people handling them. You never know what is going on with community food items. Individual bottles are much preferred. The average rating for the room we selected was 8.8, we expected much better performance but were disappointed.

Not recommended if you don’t like noise and inconvenience. The Floor is Creaky, the card swipe to get in the room is particularly inconvenient it took us multiple swipes just to get in the room. For Breakfast, the options were extremely limited with only milk, yogurt, various condiments, self serve pancake machine, scrambled eggs, and sausage.
